Our portfolio is restricted to ownership of real estate in Canada.  We primarily focus on populated areas, urban and suburban.

We invest in:

• Commercial properties with reliable rental income at favourable cap rates.

• Single family residential properties with good prospects for long-term appreciation.

• Land where there’s high subdivision potential, combined with strong demand for the subdivided property type.
